FID 1.0 - Firebird/Interbase SQL Documenter

I have done this program, because i needed a fast way to document my Interbase-Database in style which is similar to the one which is generated by DCD. This program takes the sql-file which is generated by the ib-console via the menue-entry "Database/View Metadata ..." and parses it corresponding to the SQL-languagedefinition of ib6.

After the documentation is created, all you have to do is to fill in the comments/explenations and draw the EER ...

Right now i am not planning to delevop this program any further - but who knows.

• dcd 1.0 and fid 1.0 merged for a huge project [...]

Both examples are based upon the SQL-file alf-design.sql

Everything which has to do with the project alf (especialy alf-design.html, fid example, dcd and fid merged example and others) is not free for further use without written permission from me. I have only placed it here to view how both documenter work with huge projects.

This program is a not supported software. Correspondence about problems with the usage to the authors may never be answered (but i dont think that i won't answer your mails :).
